DoorRaise helps apartment sponsors raise equity from the people who already trust them, with the safeguards investors expect.
What we do
A sponsor shares one link to their deal. Investors verify who they are, sign the documents and send their money to escrow. The money reaches the title company at closing, or it goes back to investors if the raise doesn’t close.
How we’re paid
Flat fees set out on the pricing page. DoorRaise never takes a percentage of the money raised or of a deal’s profits, so we have no reason to push a deal.
What we are not
DoorRaise is a software and escrow coordination service. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or funding portal, and we don’t recommend investments. Read the disclosures on the terms page.
