What we collect. Your name and email from your DoorRaise account, and what you enter when you launch a deal or commit to invest: amounts, the entity you invest through, your answers about accreditation and your typed signature.

Why. To review deals, confirm investors meet each offering’s requirements, prepare documents and keep you updated. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees it. The DoorRaise team. When you commit to a deal, the sponsors of that deal will see your name, email and amount once your commitment moves forward. Our service providers store it for us: Clerk (sign-in), Supabase (database), Brevo (email) and Vercel (hosting).

Documents. We never ask you to upload tax returns or bank statements on this site. When we need them, we send you a secure way to share them.

Your choices. Reply to any DoorRaise email to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Some records of investments must be kept by law.
