Raising money for a deal usually stops people at the paperwork: forming the company, writing the investor documents, checking that investors are allowed to invest, and holding their money safely. DoorRaise handles all of that for one flat fee. You get one page to share with the people who follow you. They read the deal, see your track record, join a live call with you, and send their money to an escrow account you can’t touch. DoorRaise isn’t a marketplace and doesn’t find investors for you. Your friends and followers are how investors find your deal. We don’t pick or recommend deals.
What you get
We handle the legal side
We handle formation, filings and tax documents: the LLC for your deal, investor documents from attorney-approved templates, and the filings.
One flat $5,000 fee
Paid at closing, from the funds raised. We take 0% of your raise and charge no other fees.
Your followers can trust it
Their money sits in an escrow account you can’t touch and goes only to the title company at closing. If you don’t reach your minimum, they get it all back.
One link for your friends and followers
Share your sponsor page on Instagram, YouTube, your newsletter or anywhere else. Followers see your deals and subscribe, and we email them automatically whenever you post a new one.
The rules, handled
You can share a deal publicly with your friends and followers under SEC Rule 506(c). We check that every investor is accredited, so you don’t have to.
Reporting after you close
Investor updates, payouts and tax forms run through DoorRaise, so you don’t build spreadsheets.

You don’t need a deal. Tell us your background and we start checking you right away, so your page can go public within a day.

Market yourself to your friends and followers
Share your sponsor page link anywhere they are. They subscribe to hear about new deals, and you can host group calls on Google Meet or Zoom about your background.

Add a deal when you find one
Answer a few questions about the property and the terms. We create the legal company (LLC), prepare the investor documents, handle the filings and email your subscribers.

Close electronically
Investors confirm they’re accredited, sign online and fund escrow. At closing, escrow sends the money to the title company. After that we handle payouts and tax documents (K-1s).
