Is DoorWalk free?
Yes. The free plan covers 2 buildings and 10 units a month, with 3 concept pictures per property and 1 contractor invite. A deal you move onto DoorRaise is unlimited.
Do I download it from an app store?
No. DoorWalk works in your phone’s browser and on a computer. Add it to your Home Screen to open it like an app. It is not in the App Store or Google Play.
Where do the prices come from?
From DoorWalk’s rate card, with local pricing for 9 metros and national prices elsewhere. AI finds what needs work but never sets a price. The figures are estimates with a range, not bids.
Can contractors price the work?
Yes. Send a contractor a private bid invite. Their bid shows next to the rate card estimate, and you choose which one your costs use.
What happens when I raise on DoorRaise?
Move the deal to DoorRaise in one step and what you entered comes with it. You can also export everything as a spreadsheet, CSV or JSON.
