Questions
What does DoorRaise do for a sponsor?
Everything between your followers and a closed deal: your sponsor page and deal page, the legal company, the investor documents and e-signing, investor verification, escrow, the SEC filing, a business bank account, and after closing, payouts, updates and tax forms.
What do the features cost?
They are covered by three flat fees: $500 to set up a deal, $5,000 at closing from the funds raised and $3,500 a year from the property’s income. DoorRaise takes no percentage of your raise.
Do I have to use all of them?
They work as one process, so each step builds on the one before. You choose when to start: you can make your sponsor page before you have a deal.
Is DoorRaise a law firm or a broker?
No. DoorRaise is software and services for sponsors. We handle formation, filings and tax documents, but we can’t give legal advice about your own situation, and we don’t pick, rank or recommend deals.
Ready to raise your first deal?
