Set Up Your Deal With Your AI: Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor
Tell Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor about you and your deal, or give it your documents. It fills in your DoorRaise sponsor page and deal draft. You check every word and number, then submit from DoorRaise.
What you need
- A free DoorRaise sponsor account. Create one here.
- An AI app that can connect to outside tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code.
Step 1: Make your key
Open Account settings, Connect your AI, press Make a key and copy it. It shows once. Keep it private, like a password. You can revoke it there at any time, and you see when each key was last used.
Step 2: Connect your AI app
Replace YOUR-KEY with your key. Menu names change now and then in each app; look for custom connectors or MCP servers.
The address contains your key. Treat it like a password: don't share it or paste it anywhere public, and revoke the key in your account if it leaks. Where your app lets you send the key as a header (Cursor, Claude Code), use the header instead.
Claude (claude.ai or the Claude app). Open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Name it DoorRaise and paste this address:

ChatGPT. Open Settings, then Apps and connectors, then Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode. Choose Create, name it DoorRaise, paste the same address and pick No authentication (your key is in the address).
Cursor. Open Settings, then MCP, then Add new MCP server, and paste:

Claude Code. In your terminal, run:

Step 3: Ask it
Try one of these:
- "Here is my bio and the deals I have done. Fill in my DoorRaise sponsor page."
- "Here is the offering memo and rent roll for my next deal. Start a DoorRaise deal draft from them."
- "What is still missing before I can submit my deal?"
Your AI shows you what it found and saves it as a draft. Open the link it gives you, check every word and number, and fix anything it got wrong.

DoorRaise tells your AI to use only what you give it and never to make up a track record or numbers, but AI can still get things wrong, so check every number before you submit. DoorRaise reads the text it writes against the posting rules and tells it what to fix. Your AI app's own privacy terms cover what you share with it.
